Todays Interview Tips; 'So what are your weaknesses?'.

The aim of this question is to identify your weaknesses, see how you react when faced with a somewhat tricky questions and to assess how self aware you are. The interviewer wants to know that you are able to look at yourself objectively and to criticise yourself where appropriate. The best way to answer this type of question would be to talk about a weakness that you have that can be turned into a strength, for example 'I have a reputation for working too hard; I often push myself far too hard in my work'. Please avoid telling the interviewer that your weakness is 'kryptonite' - as this is unlikely to amuse them.
