Today's Interview Tips

A good interviewer will normally ask mainly open questions - beacuse these are the questions that will extract the most useful information from you. Examples of open questions would be;
- 'In what ways would you say that you are creative?'
- 'Can you tell me about your sales experience?'
- 'Can you tell me a time when you were under significant pressure and how you handled it?'
Regardless of the type of interviewer it is always best to avoid 'yes' and 'no' answers unless you are sure that its appropriate.
