Acting as administrative support to the Sales team, you will get to learn the ins and outs of their role and the industry itself and, as your confidence and knowledge increases your role will too! We're looking for confident communication ability, strong IT skills and a pro-active approach. You'll play an central part in the business with lots of internal communication and you'd be part of an awesome team, the office has a great vibe and energy!

Ideally you will have some relevant or office-based work experience, or may be a college student or university graduate, but we're looking beyond the CV and welcoming all applicants. This incredible opportunity is more about where you want to be next!

Position: Sales Support Coordinator

Department: Sales

Location: Kettering

Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5

Reporting to: Commercial Manager

Key Role: Facilitate the seamless operation of the sales teams

Primary Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team, providing top-tier support

  • Deliver exceptional service to colleagues and customers alike

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of quotation requests for the estimating team

  • Develop comprehensive "Proposal Packs" to clarify quoted offerings through visuals and detailed descriptions

  • Review project files and quotations prior to sales process initiation

  • Coordinate literature and sample orders for customers

  • Process customer orders and maintain organized electronic order files

Essential Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Methodical and structured approach to tasks

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette

  • Outstanding written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
