New Business Development Executive
Based from Blisworth, Northampton
Reporting to Commercial Manager

This is an opportunity to work with 21st century technology which is redefining the way organisations monitor access control, time and attendance and HR.
As a New Business Development Executive you will be contacting potential customers by telephone identifying leads, qualifying interest and generating new business leads for the Company.
This is an internal sales role based around pure appointment setting for the field based sales team, targeted on 20 appointments per week. This is a pure telephone based role with emphasis placed on generating qualified appointments for the field based team.
Your working day will be spent on making outbound calls covering:
• Understanding prospects & areas of need for Access Control Systems
• Describe iDigital product benefits and USP’s
• Create customers visits for sales representatives
• Gather and document information about the customer
• Updating the comprehensive CRM system
You should have the ability to build a rapport with potential customers and be driven by key KPI measures to succeed.

Product Training:
Hands on Training with iDigital products will be provided.
