Our Client is currently looking for an Account Director/Manager who will be responsible for developing, leading and managing the client strategy to maximise sales revenue, client profitability and satisfaction through enhanced retention, new business attraction and best in class processes supporting both existing and new services. Job Specifications - Sales revenue - Focus self (and team )on new sales revenue from existing services and particularly new propositions Account management - Develop and review periodically, strategic account plans for all key clients. Implement strategic and tactical initiatives to overachieve against revenue, profitability and satisfaction targets and other identified KPI?s New business - identify and develop against agreed targets new core opportunities and new market, channel and client service opportunities when available. Account servicing - ensure service levels achieved according to agreed account segmentation profile - review satisfaction and effectiveness to strategy periodically Proposition development - contribute to the development process on behalf of the account team, agree priority initiatives, develop new business plans and execute client strategies to a high quality. Process - Adherence to and continued review and enhancement of divisional process to ensure best fit across customer requirements and corporate protocols. Maximise efficiency relative to all stakeholders. CRM tool - 100% compliance to population and use of chosen CRM platform Campaigns and products - own a designated activity, initiative or product on behalf of the sales team. Act as subject matter expert and champion. Commercial Team - contribute enthusiastically as Account Manager subject matter expert in Commercial and as 'cabinet' member of team. Challenge positively and constructively for maximum impact. Talent management - Manage self and reports according to agreed Smart objectives, personal development plans and corporate conduct , competency and culture guidelines. Personal development - drive plan and actions periodically reviewed to deliver ongoing professional expertise improvement, market awareness and improved effectiveness. Profile Skills/Qualifications/Experience: 10 years account director/ 5 years Account manager experience in an equivalent and relevant industry (FMCG) with a strong focus on consultative selling at Director and Board level. Degree educated First class verbal and written communication skills Highly persuasive and articulate Socially confident Solid numeracy with excellent commercial and business sense Highly enthusiastic and motivated. Entrepreneurial self-starter with proven ability to organise own schedule and priorities. Responsible, punctual, good attention to detail Interested in selling digital propositions as well as classic coupon solutions Very comfortable with technology - Microsoft Office and experience of CRM software.
